So as you grow your garden room pod can be there each step of the way.

Fitted out with a Kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom space as selected by you, your garden room pod is ready to use all year round a year. The Family garden room Pod is designed and engineered using products with a high insulation value achieving low running costs and warmth for an expanding family.

The exterior of the garden room home pod is elegantly designed with Canadian Cedar Wood rain screen cladding and protective acrylic plaster render ensuring your garden room pod keeps you safe all year round. Counter sunk outdoor spotlights within the exterior facia which means you have a light filled space long into the night and morning time. One of the Pod Factory's garden room pods is manufactured as a beautiful space that is considered to be home.

All our garden room pods are build off site in our purpose built factory. The garden room pods are delivered and installed as a turnkey space in 4 – 6 weeks. Each family garden room is built off site at our factory and it is built so that when you move to a new location you can effectively take it with you.

Airtightness

All our PODS are wrapped and sealed with air tightness membrane and tape to insure no drafts and the highest U values achievable.

XS PRO magnesium board

All our PODs are boarded with 9mm XS PRO boarding to ensure maximum rigidity and also to ensure a 1 hour fire proofing from the outside, XS PRO board is also rodent proof.

Wall / Floor / Roof Insulation

Each pod has 2 layers of insulation. The first layer is a 70 mm EPS which wraps externally around the pod to create an envelope and the second is 100 mm earthwool which has great acoustic value as well as being thermally efficient.
